PU (Polyurethane)
Overview
PU (Polyurethane) elastomers, as a class, have excellent wear resistance, high tensile strength and high elasticity in comparison with any other elastomers.
Permeability is good and comparable with butyl.
This material has an operating temperature range from -40°C to +82°C (up to +50°C in water)
Polyurethane tends to be used for pneumatic & hydraulic seals.
Competitive lead times & pricing from Lanson Polymers allied with our vast experience in the design & supply of critical seals & components into a variety of markets will allow you to specify the optimum solution for your application.
