The Cap Seal consists of a ring of PTFE positioned on either the OD or ID of an O-Ring energiser.

These seals are designed to offer low friction, bi-directional, sealing and can normally be installed in a closed type groove.

This type of seal can combine a variety of elastomeric and thermoplastic material properties to allow a wide range of application parameters to be catered for.
