Material Data Sheet – PCF102 Description A composite material consisting of continuous carbon fibre in a PEEK polymer matrix. PCF102 is produced with a unique fibre winding technology and has been developed in particular for pump wear parts such as impeller wear rings and bearings. This high technology material combines the outstanding mechanical properties of metallic materials with the excellent chemical resistance allowing tighter wear ring running clearances.
